COMMERCIAL LINES DEPARTMENT MANAGER

LOCATION: Hamilton Township, NJ (Hybrid available after 90 days)

Looking for a Commercial Lines Department Manager for a local insurance agency with multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the commercial lines account management team, production team and customer service teams
• Responsible for overseeing large book of business
• Manage top clients and build relationships
• Meet monthly goals

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred
• Valid property and casualty insurance license is required.
• 7+ years’ experience with all Commercial Lines insurance and markets.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar Leadership role
