Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Trucking Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will work closely with our trucking clients to provide exceptional service and manage commercial insurance accounts.

Responsibilities

• Day to Day service of a transportation book of business
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
• Review policy coverage and compile insurance proposals for clients
• Negotiate with underwriters to obtain the best coverage and terms for clients
• Provide support and guidance to clients on insurance claims and risk management
• Handle account documentation, endorsements, and other administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Manager in the commercial insurance industry, with a strong track record of managing accounts ranging from $0-$100k or $100k-$500k
• In-depth understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office applications
• A relevant bachelor's degree and any additional insurance certifications are preferred
