AGENCY CLAIMS MANAGER - Onsite, Manasquan, NJ

An independent insurance agency in Manasquan, NJ, is looking to add an Agency Claims Manager to their growing team! As a Claims Manager, you will play a key role in the claims process from start to finish! This agency has a great reputation, wonderful benefits, competitive salary and a great culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling client claims from A-Z
• Processing and handling of insurance claims
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain claims documentation and records
• Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Work on special projects and other duties

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of claims or insurance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Active license
