AGENCY CLAIMS MANAGER - Onsite, Manasquan, NJ
An independent insurance agency in Manasquan, NJ, is looking to add an Agency Claims Manager to their growing team! Key Responsibilities:
- Handling client claims from A-Z
- Processing and handling of insurance claims
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain claims documentation and records
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Work on special projects and other duties
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of claims or insurance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Active license
