SMALL BUSINESS COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER - REMOTE
**Job location:** REMOTE
Successful insurance brokerage with multiple locations is seeking to add a Remote Small Business Commercial Lines Account Manager to an expanding, professional team.
Duties:
- Retention of managing a book of small commercial accounts
- Provide day to day in-house customer service to clients as assigned
- Work to provide insurance solutions that will enhance client’s insurance programs
- Help analyze, retain, service, market and round-out coverage needs for successful clients
Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years’ experience with Commercial Lines – small market experience preferred
- Experience with a variety of major insurance carriers
- Current 2-20 Property & Casualty License
- Manage a high-volume book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting and procedures
- Review all applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy
- Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries
