Personal Lines Supervisor
The PL Supervisor will be responsible for developing and updating processes and procedures, hiring and training new employees, and performing account management duties as needed. They will assist in setting and achieving performance objectives that will drive agency goals related to revenue, retention, and service quality. Ensuring excellent customer service will be key, including handling escalations, resolving customer issues, identifying account rounding opportunities, and finding new markets. There will be a level of reporting responsibilities, such as analyzing departmental progress and performance tracking.
The ideal candidate will be eager to perform their responsibilities while fostering a positive work environment. They will have experience building and maintaining carrier relationships while being able to negotiate the best coverage options. They will be a mentor and resource for their colleagues, and have strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
The role requires no less than 5 years' experience working in an independent agency in a senior or mentorship capacity. A MA P&C license is a must. This is a great opportunity for an experienced account exec to take the next step in their career!
