- Proficient in insurance software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business operations, goals, and risk management needs.
- Regularly communicate with clients to assess their evolving insurance requirements and provide personalized guidance.
- Collaborate with clients to analyze their business risks and exposures, considering factors such as industry regulations, market trends, and specific business activities.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Design comprehensive insurance solutions that align with clients' risk profiles and coverage needs.
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to create tailored insurance policies.
- Manage the entire insurance policy lifecycle, from initial policy issuance to endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of policy documents, endorsements, and related paperwork.
- Assist clients in navigating the claims process, acting as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
- Provide guidance and support to clients to ensure smooth claims resolution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks that may impact clients' insurance needs.
- Continuously update knowledge of insurance products and carriers to offer the best solutions to clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products or coverage enhancements to meet clients' evolving needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to expand the agency's footprint within existing client accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, policy documentation, and correspondence in accordance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including revenue targets, client retention rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
