Job Description

The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing department in executing various tasks to promote our brand, enhance client relationships, and drive the success of our insurance staffing services. This role involves assisting with marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, coordinating events, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

• $37,000-$40,000 + /year (based on experience)

Job Description

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content creation.
• Maintain and update the company’s social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), ensuring timely and relevant content is posted to engage followers and attract new audiences.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to provide insights that will inform marketing strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and preparing reports.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of one year of marketing or non-standard auto insurance experience in Underwriting, Sales, Marketing, Product, or a combination.
• Prior knowledge of Claims and Actuary preferred, but not required.
• The ability to train others and/or prepare training materials.    
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• A background in advertising/marketing is helpful
