Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Accurately quote, bind, and issue personal lines insurance policies.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and needs assessment.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and effectively promote additional insurance products.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and agency standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the personal lines insurance industry.
• Proven success in sales and customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Active 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license required.
