Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, ensuring client satisfaction, and implementing strategies to improve service delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the customer service team (approximately 15 team members) to achieve high levels of performance and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal lines insurance products and industry trends.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
