$110,000 - $125,000 +/year (based on experience)
Job Description
- Supervise and lead a team of claims adjusters, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and implementing development plans.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of claims, including investigation, evaluation, and settlement.
- Review and approve claim payments and settlements within designated authority levels.
- Oversee complex or escalated claims, providing expertise and resolution support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited 4-year university.
- 5 years of relevant professional, related work experience demonstrating the expertise needed to successfully manage a multi-line in-house property and casualty claims department.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
