Compensation Package

Responsibilities

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience:
  • 8-10 years of commercial insurance experience.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Licenses/Designations:
  • CIC, CPCU, or AINS preferred (CISR not required).
• Extensive knowledge of commercial insurance practices and policies.
• Proficiency in AMS360 software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex submissions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team leadership and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (4 days in-office, 1 day remote after 90 days).

Seeking a dynamic Commercial Insurance Department Manager to join our client's team and drive the growth of the department. Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the CL Account Management Department, managing a team of 15-20 employees.  

Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Lines Department
- Lead and manage a team of 15-20 employees, including training, performance evaluations, and team development
- Service a book in premium, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
