Executive Operations & Growth Coordinator

Job Summary

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Leadership Support

• Partner with the President and Regional Managing Directors to advance strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
• Attend leadership meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items.
• Drive accountability for strategic initiatives by tracking commitments and facilitating follow-up discussions.
• Build strong working relationships across the organization to enhance communication and collaboration.

Producer Recruitment & Growth Initiatives

• Lead and coordinate Producer recruitment efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition and leadership teams.
• Develop and execute outreach and engagement initiatives to attract and retain high-performing Producers.
• Serve as a key point of contact throughout the candidate experience, ensuring a professional and consistent process.

Executive Operations & Administrative Support

• Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and related logistics.
• Facilitate leadership communications, meeting agendas, and organizational workflows.
• Manage executive priorities, action items, and follow-up activities to ensure timely execution of key initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Skills and Competencies

• Exceptional organizational, project management, and follow-through skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership and external partners.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and maintain momentum on strategic initiatives.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Previous experience supporting executive leadership in business operations, project coordination, or strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and Producer recruiting practices.
• Experience coordinating executive schedules, meetings, travel, and business communications.
