Responsibilities

• Lead a team of benefits specialists to ensure efficient and accurate benefits administration
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall benefits process and customer satisfaction
• Act as a point of contact for escalated benefit inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and empathetic manner
• Conduct regular training sessions to educate employees on available benefits and enrollment processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, including medical and voluntary benefits
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a focus on employee development and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding
• Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations
• Knowledge of claims management and experience in resolving complex claims issues is a plus

Day-to-day

• Lead team meetings to discuss current priorities, address challenges, and share best practices
• Review and approve benefit claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with the HR department to communicate updates regarding benefits and answer any employee inquiries
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support for continuous improvement
