Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities
As the Agency Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of account managers, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Drive the automation of the renewal process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee the implementation of an insured portal to enhance client experience and accessibility.
- Standardize insurance proposal formats to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve the agency’s social media presence and digital footprint.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement process improvements across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within an agency or similar environment.
- Familiarity with agency management systems such as Sagitta is a plus but not required.
