Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to a operations, providing exceptional customer service and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (up to $95,000 for exceptional candidates who meet all qualifications)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
- Equipment Provided: Laptop for remote work
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small to middle-market commercial accounts with premiums ranging from $3,000 to $250,000.
- Provide A-Z account management, including renewals, applications, and marketing accounts to various carriers.
- Handle inbound calls from insured clients, addressing questions and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the certificate department and backend processing team for efficient account handling.
- Work with carriers to quote new and renewal business (no in-house quoting required).
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using AMS360 software.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance; experience with contractors and surplus lines is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Other Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Background Check: Required prior to hire.
