Our National Client out of Nassau County is seeking a High Net Worth/Personal Lines Account Executive with a hybrid office schedule! Please see qualifications below:
- Experience working on a high-end book of business is a plus
- Experience working with a mix of high end and standard book of business
- Knowledge of Applied EPIC is a plus but will train/not required
- Adhering to an established simplified workflow through the management system (EPIC)
- Knowledge of major carrier underwriting and interface, such as the Travelers, Progressive, Safeco, Plymouth Rock, Safeco, Chubb, PURE, Cincinnati, Berkley One and others
- Able to handle a full book of business consisting of either standard, high-end business, or a mix.
- Responsibilities include speaking and emailing insureds as they contact you and reaching out proactively, reviewing the policy renewals and making changes as needed, a pl assistant will handle certain endorsement tasks from this point.
- Contacting the company underwriters to review/negotiate certain policy coverages and premiums as needed.
- Accustomed to regularly quoting and navigating the various company websites and transacting endorsements if needed.
- Reviewing the monthly expiration reports and communicating with the PL manager and assistant as needed.
- Able to transact policy endorsements, ID Cards, mortgage requests, and other tasks as needed. These transactions will primary be handled by a department assistant and outsourcing team but may be needed to be completed if needed.
- Communicate with the department assistant, outsourcing team claims department and co-workers regarding daily tasks need to be completed.
