Location: Nassau County, NY Salary: Up to $100,000-$125,000 Base Salary + Commission

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to help our clients navigate the complex world of employee benefits. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global brokerage and make a significant impact in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on employee benefits solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor benefit packages that align with client goals and budgets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to provide strategic advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support throughout the client lifecycle.
- Manage the open enrollment process and assist clients with employee communication and education.
- Identify opportunities for new business and actively pursue leads to expand your client portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Valid Life & Health (L&H) license in New York.
- Proven experience in employee benefits brokerage or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
