Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in commercial lines insurance sales who is passionate about building relationships, driving new business, and delivering exceptional service to clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the client base and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Quote and sell commercial insurance policies to meet client needs
  • Proactively follow up with prospects to close sales opportunities
  • Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through networking, community involvement, and events such as chamber meetings and golf outings
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company
  • Protect the best interests of clients and insurance company partners by providing tailored solutions and exceptional service

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required)
  • 3-5 years of commercial lines insurance sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales goals
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
