Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Agent to join a growing team. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Commission: Monthly commission ranging from $1,250 to $3,000 based on inbound sales
  • Benefits:

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts, including quoting, renewing, and servicing policies.
  • Handle inbound leads and quote requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Close sales from inbound leads (no outbound sales required).
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience (captive or independent). Preference will be given to candidates with independent insurance experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
