Personal Lines Agent
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Agent to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 (dependent on experience)
- Commission: Monthly commission ranging from $1,250 to $3,000 based on inbound sales
- Benefits:

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts, including quoting, renewing, and servicing policies.
- Handle inbound leads and quote requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Close sales from inbound leads (no outbound sales required).
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience (captive or independent). Preference will be given to candidates with independent insurance experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
