Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the operations, focusing on the comprehensive servicing of a generalist book of business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to client management.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
- 401(k): 4% match

Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of business, including small to middle-market accounts, with occasional large accounts.
- Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and other commercial lines.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Utilize agency management software (EPIC) for account management and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a proven ability to manage a book of business valued at $3 million or more.
- Proficiency in agency management software (EPIC preferred, but training can be provided).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
