About the Role
Seeking a detail-driven, solutions-oriented Commercial Insurance Marketing Specialist to play a key role in supporting our clients through the quoting, marketing/remarketing, and renewal processes. In this position, you’ll ensure each client receives accurate, timely, and competitive proposals while maintaining exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Quoting & Marketing Process

Manage all quoting activities for assigned commercial accounts—from gathering underwriting information to preparing accurate, complete submissions.

Obtain and analyze carrier quotes, ensuring competitive options that align with client needs.

Prepare polished proposals for new and renewal business, presenting coverage options clearly and confidently.
Own the Renewal Cycle

Coordinate the full renewal process, including gathering updated information, remarketing when necessary, and securing timely renewals.

Review policies and endorsements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to delivery.

Collaborate with carriers to resolve rating questions, underwriting requests, and outstanding information items.
Support Clients & Internal Teams

Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly to client inquiries, policy changes, and coverage questions.

Work closely with agency producers by preparing marketing materials, supporting new business efforts, and maintaining renewal accuracy.

Assist clients and claims representatives with claims-related questions when needed.
Maintain Professional Standards

Keep an active P&C license and stay current with continuing education requirements.

Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal staff.
Processing & Administrative Responsibilities

Process daily carrier transactions and updates to policies.

Bind new and renewal coverage in a timely, accurate manner.

Document all account activity and policy details in Applied/EPIC.

Notify clients of pending cancellations and follow up on reinstatements and payments.

Manage and monitor A/R for your assigned accounts.

Maintain organized activity lists and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow.
