Commercial Lines CSR / Personal Lines CSR
Job Summary
Seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join a team as a Commercial Lines CSR or a Personal Lines CSR. These roles are integral to the commitment to providing exceptional service to the clients. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a close-knit, professional environment. This is a fully in-office position with a focus on servicing, quoting, retention, and cross-selling.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $35,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience + commissions

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the commercial or personal lines insurance sector.
- Handle quoting, servicing, and retention of accounts.
- Actively engage in cross-selling and selling opportunities.
- Manage mid-size accounts and maintain an active book of business.
- Utilize Applied TAM software for account management.
- Collaborate with a small, experienced team to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience:
- Prior insurance experience is required.
- Familiarity with Applied TAM software is preferred.
- Experience with carriers such as Travelers, Central Mutual, Auto-Owners, and Safeco is a plus.
- Licensing:
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred. Willing to license the right candidate if needed.
- Skills:
- Professional grammar and communication.
- Friendly and polished phone presence.
- Confidence driven by experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team.
- Work Setting: Fully in-office; no remote work available.
