Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of middle-market commercial accounts
- Handle renewals and market accounts effectively to meet client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation
- Meet and exceed sales and performance targets
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically with middle-market commercial accounts
- Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
