Associate Client Manager / Assistant Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Client Manager / Assistant Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist in managing a diverse book of business, providing administrative support, and contributing to the success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to grow into a client-facing role.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually (equivalent to $21-$34/hour), overtime eligible + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a book of business, including diversified accounts or real estate accounts.
- Perform administrative tasks and data entry using EPIC software (training provided if needed).
- Support quoting for new and renewal business as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service.
- Participate in team lead and mentorship opportunities as they arise.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education & Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of administrative experience. A Property & Casualty (P&C) license is a plus, but not required (licensing support will be provided within the first two months if needed).
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent relationship-building skills, a positive and collaborative personality, and a background in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a hybrid setting, with three days in-office and remote work flexibility after training.
