Commercial Lines Account Technician/Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a team as a Commercial Lines Account Technician/Customer Service Representative (CSR). This is an entry-level, in-office position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow and develop within a team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will provide essential clerical and administrative support to the production teams, with the potential to advance into more specialized roles over time.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support to production teams, including handling print jobs, assembling proposal binders, and ordering loss runs.
- Assist with application input into the Agency Management System and Workers’ Compensation rating as part of ongoing training.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of organization and efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Familiarity with AMS360 software is required.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, "go-getter" attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
