We are seeking a professional and motivated P&C Sales Producer to join our team. This position is open due to company growth and offers the opportunity to work on new business P&C accounts. The role reports to the President and involves generating new business sales and managing renewals.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business sales
• Manage renewals
• Quote new/renewal business

Qualifications

• WI Property & Casualty license
• 1 year of experience in the industry
• Proficiency with AMS 360 software

Day-to-day

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include quoting new and renewal business, generating new business sales, and managing renewals.
