Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals, gain valuable industry insights, and contribute to the continued success of the agency. The position primarily focuses on personal lines (75%) with some exposure to commercial lines (25%).
Responsibilities
- Manage personal lines accounts from A-Z, including quoting, binding, and servicing policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business for families, including home, auto, boats, RVs, motorcycles, life, flood, and umbrella policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and knowledge sharing.
- Utilize agency management software, rating platforms, and other systems to manage daily tasks efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required or willingness to obtain.
- Experience: Prior experience in personal lines account management is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software, rating platforms, and other relevant software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A proactive and team-oriented mindset is essential.
