This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing client relationships, managing policies, and supporting Account Executives in servicing a diverse portfolio of construction accounts. Responsibilities
- Assist Account Executives in servicing clients and managing a book of business.
- Handle all aspects of policy management, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, proposals, and tax filings.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Quote both new and renewal business (approximately 70% renewal, 30% new).
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably working with construction accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC and TAM software.
