Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including rating, preparing quotes, and processing renewals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Familiarity with Epic software preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
