Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts.
• Handle all aspects of account management, including rating, preparing quotes, and processing renewals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Familiarity with Epic software preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
