Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW/private client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Handle both new and renewal business, providing expert advice and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Participate in client meetings, both virtually and on-site, to understand and address clients' unique requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date insights and recommendations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous experience handling high-net-worth accounts/private clients is required.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • A proactive and client-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software/agency management systems.
