Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Evaluate client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Coordinate with insurance underwriters to negotiate the best terms and conditions for clients.
- Process insurance policies, endorsements, and other relevant documents accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and coverage options to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on account management and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- A valid insurance license and a solid understanding of insurance regulations and compliance.
Day-to-day
- Communicating with clients to address inquiries and provide support.
- Collaborating with underwriters to secure favorable coverage for clients.
- Processing policy endorsements and other client-related documentation.
- Updating client records and ensuring accuracy of information.
- Conducting regular review meetings with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide recommendations for coverage improvements.
