Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns.

  • Coordinate with insurance underwriters to negotiate the best terms and conditions for clients.
  • Process insurance policies, endorsements, and other relevant documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and coverage options to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on account management and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • A valid insurance license and a solid understanding of insurance regulations and compliance.
