Job Description
Objective
The Receptionist is expected to greet and check in participants following our registration process. Receptionists will be responsible for initial onsite participant communications.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers at the front desk
- Answer Phones
- Light Administrative work, certificates of coverage, endorsements, filing
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Track data in spreadsheets using Google Sheet/Excel experience
- Coordinate project activities with team members as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of work experience in customer service, insurance experience preferred, not required.
- Exceptional customer service experience and skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with project participants and customer teams.
- Experience with progress tracking and reporting, comfortable with Sheets/Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail.
