Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 (flexible based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 (payable after 90 days of employment)
- Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance (80% employer-paid)
- Work Environment: Onsite (Falmouth preferred, but Plymouth or Sandwich locations also available)
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business valued at $1.2 million in premium.
- Provide full-service account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Handle all aspects of personal lines accounts, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members across multiple office locations to ensure seamless operations.
- Solicit and secure new business opportunities to grow the book of business.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license highly preferred; must be willing to obtain if not currently licensed.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager (open to candidates with captive experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Account Knowledge: Familiarity with standard personal lines accounts, with sizes ranging up to $10,000 (average $4,000).
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Work Location: Must be able to work onsite; no remote work is available for this position.
