Compensation Package

Responsibilities

As the Agency Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of account managers, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices.
  • Drive the automation of the renewal process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee the implementation of an insured portal to enhance client experience and accessibility.
  • Standardize insurance proposal formats to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve the agency’s social media presence and digital footprint.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement process improvements across the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within an agency or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with agency management systems such as Sagitta is a plus but not required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
