Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth, working closely with two experienced Account Managers on a diverse portfolio of complex accounts, including Commercial Residential, Habitational, and Heavy Condos. Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (with up to 10% flexibility, potentially more for the right candidate)
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)

Responsibilities

• Provide support to two Account Managers in managing a book of business focused on Commercial Real Estate, Habitational, and Heavy Condos.
• Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate processing of policies and endorsements.
• Maintain and update client files and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the department by taking on additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
