Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role focuses on managing a construction-heavy book of business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, professional demeanor. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle daily servicing tasks, including certificates of insurance, endorsements, quoting, and renewals.
- Support Account Managers in managing a book of business, primarily focused on construction clients.
- Utilize AMS360 agency management system to maintain accurate client records and process transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry, preferably with a focus on commercial lines.
- Familiarity with AMS360 agency management system is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and positive attitude.
