Compensation Package
- Salary: $52,000 - $56,000 annually + commissions

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle remarketing and servicing of existing policies.
- Write new business policies and cross-sell additional products to clients.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Must hold one of the following Florida insurance licenses: 2-20, 20-44, or 4-40.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Florida insurance market, with familiarity in working with carriers such as Frontline, Chubb, Heritage, and Universal.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Epic software is required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
