Commercial Lines Account Manager - Bethlehem, PA - Hybrid (3in/2out) - up to $110k
Job Summary:
The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for providing customer service and support to business clients in the management of their commercial insurance policies. This includes assisting with policy changes, renewals, claims, and addressing client inquiries. The AM will work closely with insurance brokers, underwriters, and other internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate handling of client accounts.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance or related fields.
- Licensing: State-specific property and casualty insurance license required (or willingness to obtain within a specified period).
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, including general liability, property, workers' compensation, and auto insurance.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
