This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in standard personal lines who is interested in long-term growth and career advancement & future leadership opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Produce new Personal Lines business with a focus on standard personal lines and ideally some exposure to high-net-worth (HNW) accounts

• Manage and grow a large, established personal lines book 

• Work closely with the Personal Lines Manager and team to support renewals and retention

• Build long-term client relationships through consultative sales and service

• Operate autonomously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and follow-through

• Utilize AMS360 (preferred, not required)
