Job Responsibilities:

• Audit Delivery: Support the delivery of the audit plan by completing your assigned audit with quality, on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong, transparent, and constructive relationships with stakeholders during audits.
• Reporting: Contribute to drafting impactful issue summaries. Help prepare audit business-oriented reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in auditing
• Experience within Internal Audit, Risk Management or Compliance. Preferably in the Insurance or Financial Services Industry
• Experience within complex, fast moving and international organizations.
• Good understanding of audit methodology, Internal Audit Standards and internal control frameworks.
• Good understanding of insurance concepts
• Experience with and good understanding of new world skills (DA, ITGC and GenAI)
• Good project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes on time

Salary/Benefits:

• $75,000 - $125,000 + 10% bonus

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Manager to join their growing audit team. Ideal candidate has audit experience within the insurance industry. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Audit Executives to perform risk assessments and develop and shape the audit plan in line with key risks and trends, ensuring appropriate coverage across the group.
• Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of risk-based audits in line with quality, time and budget requirements. Ensure appropriate resourcing and technical expertise for delivery of assigned portfolio.
• Provide subject matter expertise and insight across audit processes, including scoping, audit reports and critical stakeholder meetings. 
• Oversee relevant tracking and closure of agreed actions.
• Provide technical input into control environment reporting. Build technical / commercial knowledge and industry awareness across a range of areas by accessing diverse resources and interacting with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Audit Leaders in stakeholder discussions and develop strong and influential peer relationships with stakeholders across the group.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience in auditing, and 2-4 years holding senior roles at a Senior Manager level
• Experience in third-party, outsourcing and project management auditing.
• Experience in the Insurance Industry
• Excellent project management skills, ability to organize teams, prioritize tasks, guide and coach the team to deliver on time to high quality standards.
• Ability to work without close supervision and to take decisions autonomously, subject to verification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience within complex, global organizations and virtual teams, as well outsourced services.
• Ability to influence teams and senior management executives.
• Collaborative, customer focused, flexible, persistent, and results-oriented mindset

• $175,000 - $215,000 + 20% bonus
