Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Agency Operations professional to support the day-to-day operations of their growing insurance agency. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently, managing internal processes, and supporting leadership with reporting, administrative functions, and operational oversight. The client is open to someone working hybrid in Phoenix, AZ or someone fully remote.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AMS360, strong reporting capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization across the agency
- Utilize AMS360 to manage data, maintain accurate records, and generate reports
- Run and analyze production, revenue, and operational reports for leadership
- Assist with basic payroll processing, time tracking, and coordination with external payroll providers
- Maintain office systems, workflows, and administrative processes
- Provide administrative support to agency leadership and producers as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in agency operations, office management, or administrative leadership in an insurance agency environment (required)
- Hands-on experience with AMS360 (required)
- Experience generating and analyzing reports within an agency management system
- Familiarity with basic payroll processes and/or coordination with payroll vendors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
