Temp to Hire / Full-Time

Compensation Range: $55K - $68K

Location: Orange County, CA / Remote

Core Responsibilities:

• Month-End Support: posting journal entries for accruals and prepaids.
• Inventory Reconciliations: tying subledgers to the GL and resolving variances.
• AP/AR Support: posting bills, processing payments, commissions, collections, and recording deposits.
• Bank Rec. Support: tying deposits and payments to bank statements.
• Fixed Assets: maintaining asset lists and monthly depreciation schedules.
• Allowance for Bad Debt: maintaining schedules and preparing simple entries.

Required Experience / Qualifications / Education:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0-3 years of experience
• Deep/Strong Excel Proficiency: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP | SUMIF/SUMIFS | Basic INDEX/MATCH | Accruals | Reconciliations
• Build and refresh Pivot Tables to summarize data.
• Comfortable recording/editing simple macros.
• Open to learning a mid-market ERP quickly – Currently using Epicor Prophet 21, moving to Accumatica. 
• Detail-oriented, good with numbers, and able to follow documented processes.
• Strong communicator in a remote environment (responsive via email/Teams).
